Just as the topic states - Colorado People....best place to go white river rafting?
We are planning a CO vacation and would love to hear of the best places to go that offer white river rafting (or close by) and other activities! Planning on staying 5 days.

We traveled up to Durango one year from the JR High Nationals in New Mexico to go white water rafting. It was a blast! And so beautiful there. Of course I can't compare it to the other options in CO. But the towns of Durango and Silverton were really neat.

Not from Colorado, but we went white water rafting on our honeymoon. Stayed in Colorado Springs, went to the Royal Gorge and drove over to Buena Vista. We used Noah's Ark Whitewater. It was a total blast and we'd definitely do it again. Only did a day trip, but they different options. Even in July it was a little chilly the morning of. I'd opted for the wet suit and didnt regret it one bit since there was a skim of ice on the water!
