Ive also noticed my herniated disk which i always have some level of tweaked pain feeling is no longer there. You can find a lot online about their ingredients. It is seed based. Their main product "Soul" contains black cumin seeds, black raspberry seeds, chardonnay grape seeds and D-Ribose. |

I'm a bit old school before long runs and carb load. During the run, I actually like Gu. After I still cannot beat a good old banana with Peanut butter and a Gatorade.
I drink coffee daily but don't have a real issue with daily energy so taking Soul for daily energy wasn't something I was looking to do with it. I know people who use it and love it, it just wasn't for me as I just couldn't do the texture. |

| I started "Soul" back in Dec.. Didn't feel a sudden change but over the month my cousin and many friends asked what was I doing? I'm been getting up and riding before I have to be at work at 7am.. Going to a gym several times a week... Ok.. either someone has hacked my facebook or I dang sure feel better! I sleep better at night.. wake up refreshed and ready to face the day (which usually sucks) have more energy through out the day.. the aches and pains I have don't keep me from doing what I want to do now! |

| I just started drinking the Soul on sunday. We have a fencing company so I work hard every day, plus ride several horses in the summer. Normally, my knees and back really hurt and Im exhausted. Todays the first day they didnt hurt when we were pounding posts and clipping the fence. I feel like I have more energy also. I drink 2 a day and so far like the results.
I buy it from Amazon. So far thats the cheapest place Ive found. |

| Sorry I don't get on here often (too busy out riding now a days) I took 2 a day the first 2 weeks.. then backed off to 1 a day. I cant believe how much better I feel.. the aches/pains are tolerable now.. As far as buying it off Amazon or Ebay (jmho) that is probably product a distributor has stocked up on.. If you buy it directly from RAIN it comes with a 30 day money back guarantee.. Im not saying it is but..... the expiration date could be out or close to expired on product that doesn't come directly from the company. Jus sayin. I loved it enough to sign up as a distributor myself! |
