| I have a very hard to fit horse, he's got very wide shoulders, not much for withers, and a wide muscular back. Most saddles pinch him in the shoulders, and the saddles that are wide and fit him don't sit flat on his back and there's no pressure on the back half of the saddle, it's all in his shoulders. I have a pad with movable shims, and I've added extra padding to the front to try and get the back down and it only makes it worse, putting pads in the back makes the back even higher and the pressure shifts to the front again. Has anyone dealt with this? The poor guy needs a saddle that fits! He get's backsore alot. |

Have any pics of his back? I know it's hard to tell from picture but might give us a general idea. |
