I have heard repeatedly that they are hot and fractious-minded.  To me their speed and talent overrides the hot and fractious.  I just bought my first one and she isn't broke yet, so I can only tell you her temperament on the ground.  So far, I absolutely love her and she's very easy to work with and teach.

I got a 7 yr old open horse own son of Eddie Stinson, solid 1d guy. Placed at his first two rodeos ever entered, both Perfs. Didn't think twice about the atmosphere.

He's not quirky.. buts he's different but good different. Mine isn't hot at all.
He does have crappy feet. He's QUICK AND VERY CATTY.

Big boned, hip, beautiful. I get looks and compliments EVERYwhere I go. I'd own another one in a heartbeat.

There is a girl that runs an Eddie Stinson daughter around here. Her name is Eddies Hotmoon Bug. Super tough mare and grop dead gorgeous! She is in the 1D everywhere she goes. She graced the cover of the BHN last year. There are a few others in the area who clock in the 1D also. All I know is that they can run and turn.

Mark Bugni said they were amazing to train. I have a mare in foal to Eddie due this spring. I am super excited about it. I have never rode any Dash Ta Fames so I am eager to see what all the fuss is about.

Victory Farms is doing a stallion breeding auction on their facebook page for fire victims. He's in it.  Ends monday. He's at $3200.
