I put my older mare on it last spring before the show season started. I typically don't believe there is much efficacy with feed throughs, but I believe in these OCD pellets. Within a few weeks of being on them, she was feeling like a different horse. I kept her on them all last year, and only stopped at the end of last year when the shows ended because she was always pasture sound, just needed some help when competing. I just reordered again to get her going back on them for this year.

I dont know but it has MSM in it which is a pain relief so most horses on it will feel a little better if they are on it just with that ingredient... if you gave straight MSM you get same effect although hard on stomach over long periods but i kept my older mare on it. I dont know about the other issues if it helps but has some ingredients as Cosequin . I use injectable Adequan monthly instead. Maybe others will chime in for the other benefits.maybe try it for 60 days and reevaluate..

I know there are quite a few reviews on it from racehorse people due to the TB babies growing so quickly and getting started before they mature. I used it on my exceptionally big 2 year old mare after reading the reviews and it seemed to help quite a bit. If I remember correctly it is chemically very similar to Corta Flex but much higher in Silicas.
