I posted my saddle on this site yesterday and last night I got a text that seemed pretty fraudulent. I tried to attach the screen shots but it says they are too big. This was the first text they sent me "BEAUTIFUL 14" Original Bob Marshall Price: $2,000 Do you still have it Sent from iPhone" I replied "yes" and then they asked the condition of it and I replied. THEN they said "Ok i would take it Would accept a direct deposit to your bank or a check we would schedule a time for pickup once you get it .Thanks Dawson Sent from iPhone" I mean really...Pretty sure this is fraud. I don't sell a lot of stuff, but in the past I've never had someone text me. Usually it's an email saying they will pay me 3X the asking price LOL.
I thought so! I told them cash or PayPal only. They never replied. The number is (872)401-0777 it's a Chicago area code. So sellers beware. :-( So sad we have to be so careful all the time.
