A friend of mine just asked me to try this with her yesterday. I haven't heard of anyone doing it yet that I personally know. I usually do the Jillian Michaels detox water 2x a year and that's always kicked my bloat when I needed it to and gets me to drink more water than I normally do too. I might try this if I can remember to get some at the grocery store next time I'm there.

Has anyone tried this?? You are suppose to do it for 14 days 2x's a day to get rid of stomach bloat??
My mom and dad did it while they were dieting during the first 4-5 weeks of the year. They swore it was working, but I can't provide any hard facts. Like inches or weight lost. Lol!
