The spring weather has my horses totally nuts.  My good gelding got (likely) kicked  and has a soccerball sized hematoma right in the middle of his hip.  It has some warmth but not hot.  What is the best course of action for something like that? He's not real sensitive to it, but it's clearly a decent bruise.
