Location: Oklahoma | Hey everyone if you guys could please say a prayer for my dog Claire, it would be greatly appreciated! I am taking her to the vet today. Saturday morning she was her normal self happy and everything. Came home that afternoon she was stiff wouldn't move very much and would hide and not come in the house (she LOVES being in the house). Sunday she acted like her normal self a little bit would move , and wage her tail. Well this morning she was acting stiff again and went outside and came back in without me fighting her. But she attacked the little puppy (which she doesn't do that) I let her back out one more time before I left for work and she wouldn't come back in, and wasn't hiding in her normal spot. Im worried sick and wont know anything until later. |

Location: Oklahoma | Thank you all for the prayers, she had GDV its basically like colic in a horse. Some dogs can resolve it by them self's she did, but if it happens again I have to call my vet immediately and they have to do an emergency surgery on her. They said it will happen again it could be next week, next month or next year. |

Location: Oklahoma | Well guys its back to the vet go. My dog hasn't done her business (that I know of) since Saturday morning. Last night she did eat wet dog food, and she is still drinking. Her stomach is hard, and she still isn't her friendly little self

Location: Oklahoma | They did an ultrasound and found a mass the size of a softball in her bladder. I had to leave her there which was so hard for me to do. She is having surgery in the morning. If it's cancer they don't want to remove it, as it will spread faster. Or could be something she ate. I'm a wreck I just had to put one dog down in January. ?? |

Location: Oklahoma | It is with heavy heart that I write to say my precious Claire is in a better place. She had cancer on the right side of her body from her chest cavity to her pelvic bone. It was one of the hardest decisions I had to make, to tell the vet it is ok to put her down over the phone. She is no longer in pain and she gave me 9 years of memories I will never forget. |

I'm so sorry.last year my Jack was having surgery and they called me while he was under anesthesia on the table and told me there was no hope.I too made the decision on the phone to put him down right then.He suffered no additional pain.I loved him so much.Im sorry your heart is hurting and you are right.NO MORE PAIN FOR YOUR GIRL. Many hugs to you. |

| My heart is with you. I lost my Corgi June, 2013 who I had raised on a bottle. He was 12. Took him in to the vets as he was not doing good. He had Cushings, had him on medicine, the best natural dog food, and he just continued to go down hill. He expired when the vet was trying to get his blood pressure under control. Bless you heart, it is NEVER easy for us. |
