| When I look back over my life, I can see where I've missed out on God given opportunities. One was back when I went through a horrible divorce, I gave up everything possessions, to get out. I had a dollar to my name. Was beaten down emotionally after a 12 year marriage, I felt hopeless. I worked hard all my life, and I left it all behind. Within the first 5 months a God given opportunity came, but I didn't see it, I only was looking at my situation, broke, depressed. I had to start over. The God given opportunity was a horse named The Key Grip "Llave". THANK GOD! My sister Kay Blandford didn't pass the opportunity up. I did get to start him first 3 months of his barrel training and the rest is history.
Don't let lost opportunities make you feel disappoint and discourage. God is bigger than you lost opportunities. It took me 7 years to get back on my feet, fighting my way to get out of the quicksand of struggle after struggle. God was giving me direction, but I was too lost in my wordly life to see. I didnt have peace, I had unrest in my spirit. We must turn our thoughts toward the present and future and keep looking for the new opportunities in our path. Recovering from lost opportunities , can be done. We've all missed good chances. But ultimately, you'll never fail unless you quit. I will not focus on what I lost or what I missed out on; I know God can resurrect dead dreams and He still has a way to bring them about. I must allow Him to come into and stay in my life so I can see His path for me.
For it is WITH God ALL things ARE Possible
Father God, guide me today to do all things that will bring glory and hoor to Yôu Amen BLESSED Wednesday ALL,   |

| AMEN!!! My life has been struggle after struggle lately, and I have had God showing me that it can always be worse. This weekend at a show, a little girl got kicked in the face and was life-lined. (she is recovering well at this time after surgery and plates in her skull) That was a real eye opener for me. My troubles seem so insignificant. Last night I got some more bad news, but this has uplifted me yet again. Thank you! |
