Luke 6:12-13 One day soon afterward Jesus went up on a mountain to pray, and he prayed to God all night. At daybreak he called together all of His disciples, and chose twelve of the, to be apostles.
Understand this is a very important lesson, it pays to pray before making decisions. Even Jesus , the all wise, all knowing Son of God, prayed, what does that say about our need to seek divine guidance before plunging ahead with our plans or best intentions?
Thanks to Jesus for an example, that we can make a decision with confidence after praying for direction. Jesus sought the heavenly Father's guidance, trusted Him to answer His prayers, and then He acted accordingly. He never wrestled with indecision or fear. he never second guessed Himself. neither will we if we follow His example.
For it is With God all things are possible
Father God guide me today to do all things that will bring glory and honor to Yôu Amen
