Any suggestions for a pre-race paste or supplement/product for a horse that gets anxious before a run? He doesn't have alley issues and can slow work beautifully as well trail rides calm. But I'm warm up and I'm alley way gets anxious and jittery before our run. Just wondering there is anything that'll relieve some of his anxiety and help him focus but still keep him competitive.

Calming Cookies and Ulcer-gard. I've tried countless products over the past 4 years on one of my horses, and this combination has worked every time for over a year! I'm sold!

Animal element In The Zone paste, given 2-2.15 hours out seems to show great results with taking edge off, without taking the run out. Feel free to pm me if your would like more information.

I swear by In The Zone and order it by the CASE!! It's handy to keep around for hauling, anxiety, gas colic, etc. I have some horses that get the recommended 20cc and I have some that get the full tube. I've also had good luck with ulcer treatment and management with it. My FAVORITE animal element product by far.

In the zone worked on 1 of mine but not the other. I use Oxygen's Pozzi Relax pellets and paste on her. It's pretty much trial and error, what works for some horses isn't guaranteed to work on another:)
