| We are in the process of building a municipal indoor arena. We obviously have some people objecting to our activities. Could you please take the following survey for us?? "On average how much money do you spend on food during a single event." Answer: How much money can I find while digging through my floorboard trying to afford a corndog? That's about how much I spend on food.

| Did not do the survey but we have a city arena in Marshall TX. When there is an event there, every eating establishment where you can get a horse trailer into is full. If it is a multiple day event, most people go somewhere for breakfast, then probably somewhere for supper. Also, feedstores sell feed, shavings and tack(like the bridle you forgot). Auto parts stores get in the act and so do dealerships. The dumpster folks even get some revenue. No telling how much diesel is sold. Lots of pieces of the pie. |

If the idea is that a lot of horse-people tend to be in higher wage brackets, I would think the theory is they'll come to your town and spend money? |

Open to the public to ride & ground is worked 2 or 3 times a week. Must be rented & have insurance if you are putting on an event. We love our arena. Just wish it were covered for our 110 degree summer days. |

An hour west of Vegas. We love coming up to cooler weather in the summer. If we're willing to go to salina we'd sure go to Beaver. |
