Are there any small business owners/independent sales reps that use a CRM program that works well, easy to use and free or affordable?
Needing something that we can manage our customer base (150+), enter notes, order data, setup contact notifications and pull reports from it all? Needs to be accessed by a few different people not on the same network.
Thank you in advance!

For a personal CRM, I love Contact Journal or CJournal. But it is only on itunes and available on Apples and I don't think others can see data unless it is synced to same icloud.

I have used Salesforce, Oracle, and Base as well as some others professionally. It pays to invest in Salesforce if you want people to actually use it though.

We are currently looking at salesforce, just wish it was a bit cheaper.
