I have a 5 yr old mare I'm currently running barrels on, that in the last year has been wringing/ swishing her tail horribly and recent started peeing while running or when asked to perform. I have had her since she was 8 months old. I have had her adjusted, hormone shots, teeth floated and recently had a great farrier fix her feet as there weren't being done properly. She only does this under saddle, not during groundwork. I had read about getting her sutured and wolf teeth being removed. Has anyone done this and seen results for these issues? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you all done an ultrasound on her? She might need a caslicks as you say or there might be something going on kidney wise?? or maybe ovarian cysts?? Sounds likely to be pain. Sounds like it's time for some imaging to dig deeper. I could be wrong (and while getting wolf teeth removed is generally a good idea) I am betting the peeing has nothing to do with teeth. The tail wringing maybe as they can do that for a variety of reasons but the peeing, nah. If she is only doing this under saddle, tells you it is along her back (where her uterus and kidneys are), so you need to look there and you need to look INSIDE, not just get an adjustment.
ETA: she may also have a uterine infection. You can only check for that when she is in heat.
