What is the Best pre-race paste for anxious horse? What have people had good luck with getting their horses to focus more for a run when they tend to get anxious?

I don't remember the name of the stuff we used on a nervous horse but the best thing we ever used came from TLC. And we used about everything before finding that. From Calm Em to some essential oils that was mixed up by a lady that said she was a witch.
Nothing worked like the stuff we got from TLC. But I found all of their products to be top of the line.

I don't know about a paste but I used to give my mare an anti-acid called Milanta, you can buy it at your local drug store its in a light greenish blue bottle. Depending on how anxious the horse is is how much you give him. For example my mare would pop up and get hot and I would give her about half a bottle in her grain 30 min before we ran. I second OXY-ZEN by oxygen. That is the only thing that has taken the edge off my mare. She doesnt have ulcers and is fully vetted. She works too hard going into the arena and doesnt have much rate at the first. That has taken the edge off tremendously, and shes now burying all three barrels instead of just the two.
We literally tried everything.
The stuff from TSC in the tube is probably Cal- Mag. Is has worked on some race horses I use to have, but tried it on my mare and didnt touch her. I think every horse is a case by case basis, and its a lot of trial and error.

This sounds alot like my gelding. I was debating between Oxy-Zen and Oxy Relax. Now I'm thinking OxY-Zen...
