do you feel like 12 hr night shift, 8 hr days, or 10 hr days gives you the most time with your horses?

4 10hr shifts is what I work when I work full time. When in school I work 2-3 10hr shifts. I like the 10 hr shifts because it gave me one extra day off when working full time. It still leaves enough time after work to work horses too.

I currently work 3 12's nightshift. I really like my 4 days off, but I sleep 1/2 of my first shift day and 1/2 of my first day off away. I had a recent health issue and am thinking it is my body saying it's done with nights. I have 2 mares foaling next year and like how I can schedule myself/trade when I have to have days off.
