That my horses would eat grass/Alfalfa pellets! LOL I have a mare that as it turns out is real sensitive to SOY and MOLASSES. Vet suggested I mix her supplement with a little rice bran and a forage pellet of my choice. My horses already get unlimited alfalfa and Timothy hay. I thought surely they would sift through and not touch the pellets since they already have it 24/7 in regular hay form. To my surprise, they absolutely love the pellets!!! I do soak them just for a few in hot water but I'm still amazed. I can already tell after 3 days that my mare feels SOOOOO much better. SHe never really felt bad before but she seems excited to eat now..
Never thought in a million years......
