I haven't tried these, but I did try their sport medicine boots.  The velcro didn't stay sticky until the water got hot.  I wouldn't buy again.

As far as combo boots go, bell boots always wear out before the sport boots. So I don't like combo boots. 

I had one pair (Professional's Choice) and I eventually took apart the combo boot because my repair patches weren't holding anymore on the bell boot.

As far as the Tough-1 version of sport boots, you get what you pay for.
