I'm torn between these two barrel saddles that are used in Facebook. Only thing is I've never heard of either brand? So I'm not sure which to get. One is a Ran Ten saddle, and the other odd a circle s. The ran ten is beautiful... But I can't find any info on them? Thank you!!

I've always said that as long as a saddle fits your horse , that's what is most important. There are a lot of off brands out there some good some heap. If it appears to be quality go for it. I have always said the name brand saddle sell for triple just because of the name !!! You would be amazed how many no name saddle makers actually MAKE saddles for the name brand labels.

Thank you!! Only issue is that both require shipping... So I'm unable to try on my horse :/ do you know anything about either, native which one had a better fit??

I just looked up Ranten and they are 795.00 new. Probably similar to a corriente in a lot of ways.

Ask what kind of tree,i.e..rawhide covered wood, fiber glass covered tree, plastic composite. Rawhide covered will be laced and wrapped in natural rawhide and be visible under the fender. This way you will know if it's worth buying. Half wrapped are bogus saddle and do nothing to protect the structure of the tree.
