| How did everyone do at the Reunion?
My sweet little friend had the fastest time of the weekend and what a smoking run. Wow. My trainer won the Senior saddle and was 11 or 12th in the 1D on my mare in the finals with a 16.3. Even I won money in the PAINT BARREL HORSE INCENTIVE. It was a very good weekend and had a wonderful time. Will get videos up |

I took a picture of the Saturday results because they appeared to be messed up. I think they got them straight.
I am not in my room at school all morning and my phone is in there. Will check at 11:10. They grabbed me to substitute every where |

What I thought, great prizes though, they must make a killing since most of the prizes are donated. Yeas ago when we went to the clinic at check-in they asked everyone for .50 cents for a jackpot. After the jackpot they were announcing those who placed (at he .50 was for the payout). instead of reading it as one dollar they read it as $100. When kids opened their envelope and only saw 1 dollar some were crying , some were asking what was going on. I just thought it was really strange. The idea was to show them the money that can be won at a real jackpot but it just confused the kids. I also thought it was funny that they can would not cough up $.50 per participant-it was maybe $30 total. |

We went to a barrel race that was in Canton and a lady I was with was second in the 3D. Her points are not on the APHA site. ???? The APHA thing is completely separate.
It took them till Sat afternoon to post the Friday results and late Sunday to post the Sat results. The Sat results appeared to be incorect. Also, the announced that the checks ould be picked up in the office but the office knew nothing about them. |

Yep!! And yes we got a bucket full of cool stuff, however we barely broke even on entry fees on two horses. It cost me $400 to enter 2 and that's without stalls or hook ups!! There was $64,200 in that deal just in entry fees paid!! Not including the sponsor fees, processing fees, stalls, hook ups or exhibitions!!!! Prizes are great, but for $150 a horse to enter I expect to win a little more! Prizes don't help me get to the next one. I'm a stay at home mom, what I win is my side money to keep going! |

Check the pbrip results page on the APHA website. They are not always quick about getting results/pts posted and tabulated. If you still don't see the points or results as they should be, call Karen. She is the PBRIP director for APHA. We sent her an e-mail about not having our daughter on there, and she said she has her times and will work on adjusting the results. So we will see.
BTW, home town will be listed as Tenaha instead of Carthage.....we are living out in the suburbs. lol |

That is just crazy. I was told it was around 50% payout. The sponsorships pay the added money and other fees cover everything else. They certainly do a good job of trying to make everyone feel welcome and special-that translate into good money.

Curious how the payout is since they never post that? Congrats to all, I watched a little of the webcast and saw some great runs, tough race!
Looked this morning at the Jr World w/ few entries than the Reunion 1st round payout...
1st in 1D was $2K+
1st in 2D was $1700+
1st in 3D was $1K+
