Location: Nebraska		 I picked up some pentosan from my vet today, but they didn't write down the dosing after the 1x week for 4 weeks. Do you give it monthly after or what?

Monthly OR if the horse has serious arthritis issues, you can give it a few days before you compete on them as a booster. But, don't give it within 48 hours of making a run as it is a blood thinner and if they bleed, causes clotting issues.
