Do you want to stay local (ky) or ship semen?
In or close to KY I have personally had good luck with colts out of Bullseye Dan, Frenchmans Feature (TN), and Justins Rare Fuel. I just bred my mare to Nonstop Firewater at Southern Indiana Equine (in In close to Louisville). They have several well bred running studs. You might check into some studs that are enrolled in the KISS stallion program. You can check them out on facebook. There are several nice studs in that, and its paying out money at KY/IN shows.
If you ship, there are soooooo many choices! This year I've got babies out of Fly the Red Eye and Shawnee Bug Leo. I'm very pleased with both.

I'll second Frenchmans Feature, and he is reasonably priced. I bred 2 mares to Frenchmans Feature that are 2 year olds now. We just started riding one of them and LOVE her!! She is a natural!! The other one is at colt starting now and we can't wait to get her back.

im actually located in Alabama now. dont mind which way she is breed
If you are open to shipping - then I guess your pocketbook is your guide. There are so many nice running bred studs out there. how is your mare made conformationally? Anything that needs a little help? Is there a certain bloodline you like? I look at a lot of the stallion auctions to see if something catches my eye and is a good deal.
That's where I saw Fly the Red Eye. I've heard the Mr Eye Opener's can be a little warm - but I loved the idea that he was a supreme champion. Superior race horse, AQHA Reserve World Champion performance halter stud, and has points in roping and reining. His Facebook page shows videos with an awesome disposition. Plus, he's future Fortunes. I like a pretty athlete with brains, - that seems to describe Fly the Red Eye and I think he also threw one that is standing in my field.

Famous Bus! I have yet to see one that doesn't love to turn a barrel! They all seem to simply fly! I have seen this from a 14hh and all the way up to a 16hh offspring of his.
