When do you give it? The bottle said one hour before feeding hay or grain. Say my mare is out on grass all day that day would I need to wait? Would you wait and hour and give it to her than wait another hour to feed?
Administer orally by suitable dosing syringe at least one hour prior to feeding with hay or grain. That's off Valley Vet page with the information about it.
My vet always poured mine from a gallon jug and there were no instructions. He never has told me to feed ahead of time. I would feed according to your vet.
