I just read the headlines

The first page I opened in the BHN was to the article about the PRCA inducting women into their Hall Of Fame. I wanted to congratulate Shanna for her mom being one of the first, along with Charmayne, into the Hall of Fame.
I have never done the hero thing, but if I have one Wanda would be my hero. She never said a bad word towards any of her competitors and when Charmayne first broke onto the scene in her old truck and trailer, she told us to watch out for that kid, she was going to take everyone's money. She was a class act and could ride any horse, even a puke, and it would work harder for her than anyone.
One thing I really loved about her had nothing to do with horses, she put her family first, no matter what.
She was a great lady and she is terribly missed by me and many others.

Loved Wanda. She was a great trainer and person. Her clinics were great. I learned more from her just listening to her talk to other students. She was old school, but her horses worked and won.
