I am ready to get something done on a pickup but curious where yall have had the best luck and found the best prices? I want to stick with a Duramax (Chevy or GMC) and must have 4WD. I would like a USED 2500 ideally, but am not against a 3500. Any suggestions??

go to www.dieselplace.com they are a discussion group just like this one but are chevy/duramax only site. I bet they would have some great suggestions for you. Every maker has their own boards just like this one. In case anyone else cares....

I don't buy from dealerships....you have to pay sales tax, etc. and you have to deal with sales people. I prefer to buy from a private party and take the vehicle to the dealership for a pre purchase inspection...just as if the vehicle was a horse. lol
