| I was thinking about trying a PHT poll back for my one horse that tends to be real nervous. I am wondering which would be better to get for him, the regular PHT or the MagnaCU one? I tried searching the forum here for info on them, but didn't really find much.
I do use a BOT poll cap on him, he just wears it in turnout for a bit during the day under his fly mask. It definitely has been helping with the tension in his poll. Will their be a problem using the two on him, obviously at different times? |

Location: Georgia | They did not help keep my horse from getting nervous. They do seem to help any poll soreness they may get tho. |

Not to hijack, but how long/often do they need to wear it to see results with soreness? |

Location: Ohio girl moved to PA | i didnt see a huge difference in my horse when i used it besides while standing by the trailer at shows, but hes also not a very nervous/anxious horse. He tends to go out a lot at his poll so thats the main reason i wanted to get it and it has helped. now, my best friend uses it on her horse daily and we saw a complete difference in him. He never used to eat, drink or sleep at weekend shows and once she started using it, we caugt him laying down sleeping and hes a completely different horse. i dont see why it would be a problem to use both, they are just two different therapies. |
