What supplement would you recommend for a horse starting arthritis in the stifles? What do you look for in the supplement? Thanks!

ForeFront Equine's ForeJoint and Colostrum. I also use pentosan. I'm a dealer for ForeFront, I'd be glad to answer any questions for you.

I'm a Cur-OST fan and have seen some pretty dramatic results of my own and from others who have used for different reasons similar to yours.  I also believe a clean diet is a huge factor in managing any type of inflammatory condition.  https://www.nouvelleresearch.com/index.php/articles/390-joint-dysfunction-are-injections-the-only-solution

I would do an injectable. I will say we have seen huge results in ours feeding regular Platinum, so if I needed more joint support and could stomach the cost, CJ would be my choice.
