What are your experiences with omega 3 supplements. what worked and what didn't? Im looking into Platinum Performance but wanted others opinions. Thanks!

I have found that whole flaxseed or freshly ground flaxseed is the best.
I used OmegaShine, I think, and liked it but I don't remember what the ingredients were.
I wanted to add I liked CocoSoya oil too, but had a horse with soy issues, so I quit feeding it. But I can't remember if it is Omega 3 and 6 balanced.

Platinum has so much more than just Omega 3, and my horses love the taste and eat it out of the palm of my hand. If I could only feed one supplement, it would be Platinum. For 60 bucks a month its so worth it. I quit feeding if for awhile and noticed a big difference in mucle tone and overall appearance of my horses.

Has anyone used smartpacks SmartOmega?
My sister does.. her sorrel horse looks really good on it. I personally started using platinum too early to tell but the horses eat it fine. Even my picky old man likes it!

Ditto. I've used several complete supplements over the years and this is the first one I've gone "wow" with.
