I like fresh peaches cut up with cream and sugar on them. Then peach pie is awfully tasty too!

I normally eat them right out of the box until I have a gut ache and then I bake pies.

Ha! This is me...because when I read the question, my answer was quarters, LOL. Slice into quarters so they fit in my mouth easier, phahahaha!

Peaches and cream! Or peach cobbler :)

If you can them, later on when you crack into the cans try pouring a little of the juice over a piece of white bread. Sounds insanely weird but it's so yummy.

Slice up peaches, sprinkle with some sugar and top with some half & half.
Then make open faced peach pies that make their own top crust. Have an awesome recipe that was passed down from a couple of generations.

Homemade peach crisp is also very good. There is a good recipe in the 1960's Better Crocker cookbook.

PEACH PIE

*Slice peeled peaches in unbaked pie crust (I generally make my own crust)

* Mix together and pour over peaches
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 C sugar

*Slice thinly 2 tbsp. butter on top of peaches

*Bake 15 minutes @ 400 degrees
turn oven down to 325 degrees bake for another 45 minutes
I cover the edge of the crust with tin foil so it does not get to dark during baking

*May top with ice-cream when serving

*Enjoy

if I had  a bunch of peaches I would get canning! maybe put up peach pie filling. could use that later in the winter for cobbler or pie or some king of crumble dessert for a little summer taste when it is snowing!
