Has anyone ever used these fly free collars for horses.  I've read the reviews and they are mixed.  I would hate to buy four for our horses if they don't work, priced at $14- to $19 dollars each.  Thanks.

We tried them on some young horses...I bought 1 set and never bought them again.  They worked for a few days and then they fell off or just didn't have anything else to repel bugs.   I had better luck with the equispot.

we actually tied string (easy to break) around the necks towards the throat latch, with an ear tag hanging. Worked for a few weeks then we replaced them
