Anyone know whether or not the contract was renewed with the folks who did the ground last year at the NFR? I heard that it might not be! The ground was so AWESOME last year, the best NFR dirt ever. After YEARS of watching horses scramble and some having career ending injuries, they got it right. Surely they are not considering going back to the old way?

Did'nt you have something to do with getting the ground better, I'm thinking your the one that got the ball rolling for better ground, so hopefully they will keep the same contracter that did it last year.

Yes, and I am hoping so too. As unbelievable as it may sound after the success of last year, it is unsure if they are going to do the same next year. Trying to find out if anyone else has information on their plans.
