They called with a question about an order I placed online. I took the opportunity to ask about an issue with one of my horses and Stephanie said she would talk to Bob and call me back. I just received a voicemail that they are also sending some products at no charge for my other horse. What a great company, they have my loyal business!

Many years ago I had a mare with a terrible, horrible club foot. I talked to them about products and were so responsive. Also sent me some products to try.
I wish I had a use for some of their products still. My horses have become wholly sound and no issues since I replaced bagged feed with alfalfa and top quality timothy only.
I'm glad to know that Bob and team are still the great peeps they have always been!

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the kind words. Bob really likes to help people, he's also a wealth of knowledge and if he honestly can't help your horse he'll let you know. Great company that isn't just about selling products. I'm so proud to be a customer as well as a distributor for them.
