Location: somewhere in the south | Well, here we are 3 months down the road and I finally got some of my money back from this girl!! I have had to argue, threaten and finally get the authorities involved but I got most of my money back. She lied, delayed and accused me of trying to scam her..............when she had my money for 3 months!! The sheriff's investigator found her on fb, Brandy Songy Martinez, and she has quite the array of "toys"! I hope she enjoys the ones I put money towards.............it's over and done with but I definitely wanted to come back and update, plus warn everyone, not to do business with this girl! You won't get your product!!

I think she got scared by the investigator from my sheriff's office that kept bugging her and telling her she could be in real trouble so she sent me money 3 times in one day and then with only $154 left to pay me, she sulled up again! I don't know how I could write it off and frankly, I'm just glad to be done with the hoochie!  |

Yes, it was. I had to go silent and play nice hoping to get my money back and I did get most of it back but now that the case is closed I have free rein to speak the truth about her..............so everyone hopefully will never buy anything from her!!  |

Yes, it was. I had to go silent and play nice hoping to get my money back and I did get most of it back but now that the case is closed I have free rein to speak the truth about her..............so everyone hopefully will never buy anything from her!!

That is awful people do that -they have kids too, hope she doesn't teach them to deal like that. Stupid and sad.
You have to be careful, buying so much, living beyond your means. It could've started innocent, and things get out of hand and it turns you into a lieing weasel.
Did the detective tell you anything, like what her excuses were?
I sent a deposit to a saddle maker with a check. Stopped returning my calls. dalkas Swindle Squad helped me contact him and even though the guy told detective that he made the saddle but I didn't like it ( which was a lie, I never saw a saddle), the detective kept after him- not sure what was said, but eventually I got all my $500 deposit back. I figured he was going through divorce and started having money problems.

Location: somewhere in the south | I have bought so much stuff on BHW and never had a problem, hopefully since I reported her, they won't let her list items anymore but I really wanted to let everyone know because of what a sleaz she acted like!! And yes, I hope the girl that defended her tells her about this thread as well! At first Brandy was saying I was slandering her on here............wonder what she thinks now!!! Gloves are off!!! hahahahhahaha |
