I bought a used Caldwell Promax while waiting on my new one to be built. The one I got has roughout fenders and causes the lower pants leg of my jeans to ride up and over my boot. It's awful and strangely really affects my riding! Any tips or tricks I can do? I'd rather not alter the saddle since I plan on selling it in a few months but will about do anything at this point

Buy a pair of used or trophied fenders (Teskey's sells just call and ask) that are slick out. Might look a little funny... But would fix your problem LOL
After you ride in it for so long the knap of the leather will smooth and it won't do it anymore. I bought a new saddle with roughout and it was annoying and I regretted not getting tooled fenders after having them for so long but now it's not an issue. You may try oiling it or rubbing it with a rag to help the process. It just needs broke in.

Well, it is pretty broke in but I will try a little oil on it! Thanks!!
Starch your jeans (you can take them to the cleaner's or do it yourself) or try sewing elastic loops to go under your boot - think the 80s stirrup pants. You don't have to have any serious sewing skills to tack a little elastic on, and it's easy to remove later on if you want.
I bought a new saddle with rough out fenders and my legs had open sores on them from the rough out rubbing my jeans. love the saddle hated the rough out. sold saddle bought a used one with smooth leather tooled fenders and love it. My Caldwell has rough out but is is worn smooth and I won't rough it up, but I don't use this saddle any more.
I have this same issue...I put the bottom of my jeans right under my spur straps in front so they keep my jeans down. Just tuck the very edge under and then cinch your spur straps down. Works great.
