You could precook some items at home and heat them up in the microwave. If you can only grill then maybe chicken and veggies. Also make a large salad ahead of time and take the along also.

We always marinate chicken and take it along in a zip lock baggie and throw it on the grill! hot dogs and hamburgers get old reallllll quick! haha pasta salad is another we take along. Easy storage and can pre make so you dont have mess in the trailer. Get on Pinterest, they have a ton of "to-go" meals and ideas.

I meal prep and grill everything ahead of time so that all I have to do is warm it up! So easy. Just have to take the time before hand. I pack meals for bfast, lunch and dinner and bring along healthy snacks like almonds/cranberries with cheese, apples to share with my horses, oranges, strawberries (my fave). Things in my meals include: protein (chicken, pork, turkey burger, beef), veggies, & complex carb. Then I splurge on ice cream if they've got a place near or on site!! LOL.
