My good friend picked up this mare at the kill pen. She didn't come with papers, but is tattoed and had three race shoes on when they brought her home.
They love the mare and would like to find her papers. They were told she was off the track quarter horse. The tattoo is probably the worst one I have ever personally tried to read. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Or ideas on how to take better pics.
