| I don't know if anyone watched the "Role Swap" Racer's Edge but at the end they talk about how, in a turn, the inside hind is the balance leg, while the outside is the power leg. This just totally changed the way I look at their hind end, & I found it super interesting because I had totally forgot about the importance of the outside hind. Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone else had eye opening/over looked ideas that change the way you approach training. | |
