When we watch Tv, the news can be very depressing. Horriffic acts of evil are committed daily. Uncertainty looms with the economy, and one tragedy after another occurs. As a result, we are often tempted with anxiety. Believers are NOT to be anxious but to PRAY about everything. Philippians 4:6. But we battle to keep anxiety at bay. In addition, the skeptics ponder the problem of evil in the world and scoffing my demand to know why God does not do something about all the evil and suffering. In Psalm 75:1-10 the psalmist praised God even in dismal circumstances because he KNEW God WOULD ULTIMATELY JUDGE the wicked. The curse of sin WILL END, and evil WILL BE ERADICTED. ALL this WILL happen in God's timing. V2 " when I choose the proper time, I will judge uprightly."
The earth and all it's I habitants are dissolved; I will set it's pillars firmly. V6 For exaltation comes neither from the east or the west nor from the south. But God IS the judge; He puts down one, and exalts another. V 9 But I will declare forever. I WILL sing PRAISES to God of Jacob. V10" ALL the horns of the wicked I will also cut off, but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
The Lors RULES even when all appears out of control. REMEMBER, He IS on His throne.

Our Lord DELIVERS us from the prince od darkness, our ultimate enemy. He delivers us from human oppressors who are inspired by the devil... He delivers us FROM and THROUGH tribulation in this life. One day all who oppress the people of God WILL BE judged, and our deliverance WILL BE complete.
