Next week I will be running my gelding 4 times in 5 days with a long drive on thursday: run Wednesday, Thursday (not running, but 7 hour haul) then running Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. He is in great shape and no lameness issues or anxiety problems... but, a friend of mine still recommended to use a recovery paste as the week will likely be tiring on him. Any recommendations which paste to use and which days to give it?
