Can anyone share their thoughts on Cajo horses. And I am not a pedigree nut, so can anyone enlighten me about this pedigree. I do recognize Jets Payday and Rocket Wrangler. But I'd love to see what anyone else could tell me. Thanks
I remember seeing Denise Hardlicka run Cajo himself. He was an awesome horse that had a lot of power. I believe Eenise trained and ran him, won quite a bit and then his owner, Bill ran him and did well.
I've never gotten to ride one but the ones I've seen have always been super nice.
I don't know much about Cajo but my stud was an own son of Rocket Wrangler, Boy Six. We loved him and he had great colts. I kept several daughters and have a few sons left.

Cajo horses won a lot in Kansas, and I've seen a couple nice ones still running in Southeast KS. Sami Milburn has a really nice rodeo mare that's by Cajo and Shayla Sjorlund Woods has a young Cajo horse that's coming along very nicely. Both seem to be pretty talented and sane.

Do you stil own her? I own her full brother and he is anything but a barrel horse. He was actually a ponyhorse at the racetrack because he was so mellow..
Cajo had his Superior in AQHA Barrels. He is the sire of my mare Miss Bailey Wrangler. She has placed in several IPRA and PRCA Rodeos in her day. She is now a broodmare and has produced some really nice babies for me

Yes I still have her. She is VERY mellow. But is a very nice barrel horse. I’m not fully with her yet and we are in the 3D. She’s one that if I could own another I would in a heart beat.
We own an own daughter of Cajo and her name is Cajo H Misty Moon. AKA Holly! She is a one in a million! has won over $10,000 and qualified for the American Regionals. Any one that knows Holly loves Holly! Cajo has produced some nice nice horses.
