Location: Wonderful Wyoming | I ordered one back in '07. It was exactly how I wanted it except they forgot the back cinch...mailed it later. I've heard some real horror stories anymore though, not getting the customs they had wanted etc. I bought another a few years ago but neither saddle fit anything I had and my horses aren't generally hard to fit so I sold both to get a Meleta Brown Crates. |

Location: Somewhere around here | I bought one 12' I believe and it was what I ordered and fit my horse, but I didn't get anything fancy just something from the Silver Series. I really like some things about it, like the close contact feel I get that I didn't have with my Corriente, and the tall forward horn but my skirt is starting to curl up slightly and that irks me. Don't know if it's because of the quality of the leather or something I did but I probably won't buy another. Not a bad saddle for the price and it's comfy enough for me to ride in it for hours and hours but meh. There's worse saddles out there. |

| I ordered one in '13, got it towards the end of the expected waiting time, just simple, nothing special and all was correct. Ended up selling it when I sold the horse.
I've had 2 since then and have 1 of them still. The square skirt I had from the basic series was starting to curl up some, no idea how old the saddle was though, it had some good use on it though. My other one is a totally custom build and its holding up beautifully. The skirts are rounded off though and much thicker leather than the basic one that i sold. |

Location: Pacific Northwest | I haven't heard good things about Triple Creek recently. I get tons of compliments on my saddle, but I almost feel bad suggesting them.
I got mine in 2010, and I ordered through a BB on here. My experience was excellent. Got my saddle exactly when expected and EXACTLY as I designed it. It's my only saddle and has held up very well to daily riding and competing. |

Location: Southern Oregon | The reason I ask is, I have one custom ordered with them and so far I have gotten no updates unless I hound them for them. I ordered it back in the beginning of July.
Its making me a bit nervous. I have missed all of this year due to waiting on this saddle. I wanted a meleta, but no one had one locally to try on my mare. She doesn't narrow behind the withers at all, so every saddle I have tried causes white spots in that area. |

| I had a friend order one last year, and it was an AWFUL experience. She too, had to hound them for updates, kept saying it was done, asked for pictures/shipping info with no info. Then 3-4 weeks later, they say, oh we realized X wasn't right so we kept it and fixed it. Eventually got the saddle, and it wasn't close to right. Wasn't the right seat size, paid for upgrades and they weren't done (engraving) and since the saddle had been finished and sealed, its not like she could send it back. And to my knowledge she didn't get any refund. They made some excuse that something cost more and they didn't charge her for it, so they broke even. Also, she requested sample trees, insisting she needed the wide, they didn't have it, so they sent the regular and semi maybe. She was CONVINCED she needed the wide. The TC lady said, no horse needs the wide, I promise it would be too big. So she got the regular, and guess what. Didn't fit at all. All said and done, she sold it, and ordered a Bob Marshall.
I feel bad that I told her I had heard good things about the saddle quality. It was good quality, but a horrible experience, and not worth it.
Sorry that probably won't reassure you.

The saddle is beautiful. Exactly what I wanted.
It has been my go to for many different horses, and I have ridden in it consistently for the last 7 years.
I considered getting a 2nd saddle from them last year, but they would not work with me on the custom options so I wound up getting a DJ. Would I recommend them again? Eeehhhhh maybe? I would try to get my hands on an older model before I bought new. |

I'm surprised she has such trouble trying to get a wide tree! I ordered one when I bought mine with no problem at all |

Location: Oklahoma | I ordered one in 2009. It came exactly as I ordered. I sold it earlier this year and regret it. I've tried contacting them multiple times about getting a quote on a new saddle and the customer service has been terrible. They take forever to respond, don't give me prices on options I've requested. It's frustrating. I want another Triple Creek. I loved the way it sat me on the horse, it fit everything I used it on and it was comfortable. But, if they're that hard to work with, I'll keep looking. |

Location: Desert Land | I don't remember what year it was that I ordered one - maybe 2010ish? Anyway, it was a real SH*T show. I was told my wait would be like 12-16 weeks and I waited paitently. After about 16 weeks I inquired on the status and my tree was ordered but they hadn't even started on the saddle and guess it would be another 4 weeks because their backlog was larger than they had anticipated. 4 weeks later I inquired and it STILL wasn't started. I was upset because now we're at 6+ months for a saddle that was promised to me in 3-4. I told them I wanted a refund and they said my deposit was non-refundable - well I didn't sign anything that said my deposit was non-refundable and as fa as I was concerned they breached their contract with me after they missed their targeted deadline 3x. I filed a claim with paypal and was refunded my deposit through paypal. |

Location: Mi | I custom ordered one about this time in 2012. They were great to work with, order was done sooner then they had told me. Only problem was even after I tried one on my horse like I'd ordered and it fit, the one I got didn't fit my horse....so I sold it. |

| I have ordered three from them and all of them were great. one in 2012, 2013, and 2014. All were exactly as I ordered them...but all of them took at least 4 weeks longer than they said they would. Never had any issues with customer service either, but the quality of my first one to the last one had changed...not sure if I would order another.
Unfortunately none of them fit my current horses, so I sold them all. |
