Can someone tell me where feed can be sent in support of the horses that have been evacuated? I need to know where it will do the most good and actually get where it needs to go. Win

Contact Texas Equine veterinary association. They have a Facebook page too. Theycan advise you so you know it gets directly to the place. I know some places are in worse shape than others. My local feed store sent hay to Brazoria Co fairgrounds in Angleton as soon as the road opened so I was able to give to that. I've heard that Winnie Tx has great needs. There are about 5 main centers and some individuals have taken in horses. There's So much need. Thank you so much !!

Find Jennifer Melton Hairston on Facebook. (Our Equine dentist) She lives close to Beaumont (Texas coast ). She has been making trips from NE TX hauling feed etc back down there. She is right in the middle of where the animals are so she would know.
