I have been referred to someone to ride a horse that they're having some issue with. I tried him out today and he reared up, and threw a buck. Pulled back at the trailer, but I had a tie blocker ring. They want this 6 year old BLM mustang for their 13 year old daughter, and I want to be able to either help, or advise them to sell.

I'm willing to work with him as he very obviously needs consistency and get better broke and soft.

I would however like to have them sign a liability release as far as him being on my property and in my care. I've tried finding just a general contract but can't locate one for a horse and not for the person.

Does anyone have something like that I could use?

Let me ask my daughter tomorrow.  She is spending the weekend with us - she is an attorney and will give you some guidelines.    She actually helped pay for lawschool working for BHW :) :
