With God all things are possible

| Psalm 83:1,3 Do not keep silent, O God! Do not hold Yôur peace. they have take. Crafty counsel against Your people, and consulted together against Your shelters ones.
The psalmist bemoans a conspiracy consisting of many enemies and draws a distinction that is helpful to us as we tey to understand the world in which we live. This happens in our lives today, as well. There will be times when we face opposition merely because we happen to be God's children.. Our enemy, Satan, is in a LONG RUNNING battle with our God, and for thousands of years he has wages warfare against the Lord by attacking those who love Him.
So how do we respond when this happens? First, like the Pslamist, we CRY OUT TO God for His help. While Satan is a powerful adversary, he is NO MATCH for God! When the psalmist prayes, Do not keep silent, O God" , he is asking God to use His all surpassing POWER. Sometimes Satan uses people to advance his agenda, and the opposition can turn personal. When that happens. It's IMOORTANT to REMEMBER Paul's words to the Ephesians in Chapter 6:12, " We do NOT wrestle gasping flesh and blood but AGAINST principalities, against powers , against the rulers of the darkenss of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickness in the heavenly places."
Our fight is NEVER against people. So often we are tempted to make conflicts personal, but that misdirecrs our focus. Paul also reminded us to wear the " WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD" v 13. Because we NEED EVERY PIECE of God's arsenal to battle Satan and his evil forces.
If you find Youself in a spiritual battle today, you may not feel like REJOICING, but there is something to be very HAPPY and JOYFUL about. You KNOW WHICH SIDE YOUR ON!! And it's the WINNING SIDE!!! GLORY TO GOD!!! For it is WITH God ALL things ARE possible!
Father God, guide me today to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You. Amen. God LOVES you!!! And so do I !
