your hands are pretty busy...I would tell you to focus on keeping them lower and quieter. Also, you are way out of position for your 3rd barrel, almost as soon as you leave the 2nd. You need to finish turning before leaving, so that you will be lined up correctly for 3rd. Do not pull on that outside rein when you check for the 3rd...it will only exacerbate the problems that you are having.

It looked like your horse slipped on the second causing you to come off wide. Look at your horses's nose as you approach third. Nosed is. Tipped out just a little. Keep his nose tipped in. Overall very nice.

You didn't finish the second barrel. Sit down deep, drop the outside rein and help him finish that turn. Set him up for the third barrel. Guide him with your hands and body all the way to the third, sit down and drop that outside rein. Do Not Touch the outside rein. It's my biggest pet peeve. Pick up the inside rein if you feel he's heavy in the shoulder. The second you grab ahold of that outside rein, it tips his nose to the opposite direction that you're trying to go AND dumps his shoulder right into the barrel. Nice horse though! I love, love greys!
