I cant believe how fast this year has gone by! I know that Halloween is not over yet but I am at a lost for Christmas! and I got to do some thinking now! I usually know what I'm gonna make or give but not this year! I can think of nothing. So anyone want to share what they have planned for gifts for family and friends or any ideas on what to make. thanks

Well, our family has a fairly tight budget this year so I've been thinking the same thing for Christmas time! I believe I'll buy some nice earrings from Walmart for my two best friends and make homemade things for my husband's family; aka: stuffing store bought pie into glass jars and then decorating them lol.

I bought my son the Halo charger.it will start cars and trucks,if power goes out you can plug a lamp or tv in it,also charges computers and phones etc.

Everyone I know is getting 2 things for Christmas and birthdays, plus some home made goat soap from my friends. But I have my brother's birthday in November, and my mom and dad's birthday in December, so with Christmas it gets a little hectic and quickly expensive with the gift giving.

I hate to admit it but I am a Black Friday shopper, online only though. So I will look through the flyers when they start coming out and make a better plan but for the nieces and nephews I always get them a book, a game or movie or craft, and something they had on their wish list. I always have grand plans of making stuff from my Pinterest board for Christmas but I usually don't have time. But if you have Pinterest there are tons of great ideas on there.
One year I got my sister in laws nice bowls or glass serving dishes and used a stencil and did some etching for their initials. They loved it because now they actually get their stuff back after get togethers. If you can sew I had big tote bags made for them that they loved too. for my MIL I made one of those wall plaques that has each family members birthday and anniversary on a disc that hangs from the month. Easy for her to keep track of everyone now.
