Has anyone used these types of products? These look like they would solve two problems I have-- 1. I have bad knees and would like to take some pressure off and 2. I would like to add an extra inch or two to my fender length because right now, to get my fenders long enough for me, the roughout outside part of the fender ends before it reaches the jockey and looks so weird.

I'm just curious if these stirrup straight devices are stable and comfortable?

Have you tried pulling your fenders down a little from under the jockey? If you pull your fender straight out (so it's running parallel to the ground), the fender will rotate around the tree and you'll get some adjustment length so it doesn't look funky at the bottom.
