Most draw haha I've seen have had just the bit or they have a nose band with it, but this one and another have a curb strap attached to it as well. I was curious if anyone used this kind of gag and what it may do? For some reason I keep thinking that it might make a horse feel trapped, but that's why I ask first.

I ran a mare in this. Rode her at home with a normal draw gag with no curb. The noseband just gave me a little more control.
