Location: midwest mama | I found a decently priced used LQ trailer that I like, but it is 1800 miles away and there is no way I can go pick it up. A private party owns it and cannot do any transport.
Has anyone ever shipped a horse trailer across the country? What are the best options? Prices?
Thanks! |

I'm glad you asked this question! I too have found a trailer I love but it is 2019 miles away. I know most will ship for so much a mile but I am wondering if the buyer has to pay the same mileage for the return trip home. How does that work?? |

Posts: 310 Location: North Dakota | Depending on where you are and where the trailer is, you can always try finding a private party heading your way with an empty pickup. I live in ND and bought a trailer from TX last year and was able to find someone heading back my way. Maybe there will be some college rodeo kids heading home for Christmas break, etc. |
